Peanut Butter!!

I gave Ava some crackers with PB on them today. She licked all of it off!!! She didn't want the cracker at all. It was soo funny but boy we had a mess. It was all over her head and in her hair as you can see in the second pic.

Before Ava went down for a nap I found her just like this!! With no help from anyone! I almost didn't see her because she was being to still!

These Boots are made for walkin'

Ava got these boots for her Birthday from Aunt Sara! They fit her now but she walks kinda funny in them! But they are too cute for words.

Round and Round she goes!!

Ava has found out how to spin around! She thinks it is soo cool. I have been trying to get a good pic of her doing it but it has been hard to get her face and not her back! Finally I caught one!

After church today we had lunch at my parents. I looked outside and saw swans and with the snow on the trees it is was just breathe-taking! Or as my nephew once said " God makes beautiful Art "

Pig Tails!!

Yes... Mommy is soo excited. We can get my hair in pig tails!! I don't see what the big deal is but here I am!!

I don't think mommy is ever going to leave my hair alone now!

Winter Weekend!

This past weekend we had our friends Jenny and Tim (and Ellie too!) out to Ben's parents house for some snowmobiling! We had such a great time. It was so much fun to have the girls together! We had alot of laughs!

Our balloons from Ava's party are still floating! I can't believe it. It's great because Ava loves playing with them. You can't see the balloon in this pic but daddy was playing with it. They were having a great time!

Sunday was soo beautiful outside so we brought Ava sledding for the 1st time! We met her cousins over at Clevland. We had a wonderful time!

1 Year Check Up!!

Well... Ava had her one year Doctor's apt. today...I have to say this was the least fun of all of them!!! But I was expecting that! I am sure everyone in the clinic could hear her screaming. All the nurses said WoW she has a good set of lungs! She weighs 21 pounds and is 29 1/4 inches long. She is in the 50 percent range for both of them!

1st taste of Ice Cream!!

Grandma and Grandpa took me out to Applebee's for my Birthday! I got my own Sundae! WEll... mom had some of it too but I ate the whole thing! YUMMMYYYY!

Big Girl!

So as you can tell.... for Ava's breakfast today I let her feed herself ....including the yogurt, since she is officially 1 year old now!! I believe some went in her mouth but I am not sure!

Ava found a string used in a gift and I made it alittle headband. She was showing it off! Such a girl!!
